Late Bloomers begins when Mary (Isabella Rossellini) and Adam (William Hurt), a high-functioning couple, realize that they have entered the senior category. At 60 years and despite the strength of their love, they split. Children, grandchildren, relatives and friends will try to reconcile them, but ultimately that's life who will look after them.
